The process will take a few minutes but stay by your pc/laptop as some dialogue boxes, which freeze the process, will ask for your confimation. SAVE BEFOREHAND!!! as this will clear all quests, force you to contract Vampirism and Lycanthropy and leave you in a grey void of unrendered-ness. A good way to get most of the acheivements (the quest based ones specifically) is enter the command: "caqs" (Which stands for "Clear All Quest Stages")
